Call out from Teams.
No extra Microsoft licence needed.
KKS Voice adds full outbound and inbound calling to Microsoft Teams — for every user, on their Microsoft 365 Business licence. No Teams Phone Standard. No Enterprise Voice. No desk phones.

Native Teams calling gates every user behind an extra licence. KKS Voice doesn't.
Every caller needs Teams Phone Standard + Enterprise Voice enabled first
Every user calls out on their Microsoft 365 Business licence — nothing extra to buy
Teams already runs your business. It just couldn't call out.
Most organisations run Microsoft Teams for chat, meetings and files — but the moment someone needs to phone a customer or a supplier, they reach for something else entirely: a desk phone, a softphone app, or a separate PBX platform.
The usual fix is Microsoft's own Direct Routing — but that means Teams Phone Standard and Enterprise Voice on every user before anyone can dial out. For organisations where only a handful of people actually need to call, that licensing rarely pays for itself.
KKS Voice takes a different approach: an embedded dialler that lives inside Teams and connects straight to our carrier — so calling works for every user, on the Microsoft licence they already have.
No Teams Phone Standard required
KKS Voice doesn't touch Microsoft's native calling stack, so the licence that normally gates PSTN calling simply isn't needed.
No Enterprise Voice enablement
Nothing to configure at the tenant level for Enterprise Voice — KKS Voice works alongside your existing Teams setup as it stands today.
Built for Microsoft 365 Business
Business Basic, Standard or Premium. No need to upgrade to E5 or buy the Teams Phone add-on just to make calls.
Everything a switchboard does. Nothing extra to install.
KKS Voice replaces PBX-style calling with a single app inside Teams — built for organisations that need real switchboard functionality without the hardware, the second platform, or the per-user licensing.
Call mobiles and landlines from Teams
Outbound and inbound calling from the Teams app your team already has open all day — no separate softphone or handset.
Call recording available
Record calls for compliance, training and quality assurance — available as an add-on for organisations that need it.
Voicemail-to-email
Missed calls are never lost — voicemails land straight in the right inbox as soon as the caller hangs up.
Switchboard and call routing
Rules-based routing directs incoming calls where they need to go, replacing the physical PBX unit at reception.
Shared outgoing access
Give every team member access to a shared outgoing line — so more people can call out without licensing each one individually.
Centralised TMS
One view of call activity, recordings and volumes across every site — no separate deployment to manage per location.
Native Teams calling runs through Microsoft's own calling stack — which is exactly why it requires Teams Phone Standard and Enterprise Voice per user. KKS Voice takes a different path: it's an app inside Teams with its own dialler, connected directly to our carrier through our SBC infrastructure.
Because the call never touches that stack, none of Microsoft's phone licences apply. Users get a familiar dialling experience on desktop and mobile, while the connectivity underneath runs on infrastructure we manage for you.
A straight answer on what's different from native Teams calling.
Calls made through KKS Voice don't currently appear in Teams' native call history — activity and recordings live in the KKS Voice reporting dashboard instead. Presence doesn't switch to "In a call" during a KKS Voice session either.
Everything else works exactly as you'd expect: the mobile experience matches desktop, and call routing, recording and voicemail-to-email all work the same way regardless of device.
We'd rather you knew this upfront than find out on a demo call.
KKS Voice questions, answered
Do we need Teams Phone Standard to use KKS Voice?
No. KKS Voice does not use Microsoft's native calling stack, so Teams Phone Standard and Enterprise Voice are not required. Every user calls out on their Microsoft 365 Business licence.
Which Microsoft 365 licences does KKS Voice work with?
KKS Voice is built for Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium. Normally, calling from Teams means upgrading to E5 or adding Teams Phone Standard for every user. KKS Voice removes that cost.
Does KKS Voice replace our PBX?
Yes. Switchboard-style call routing, shared outgoing lines, voicemail-to-email and call recording all run inside Teams, so the physical PBX at reception is no longer needed.
Do KKS Voice calls appear in Teams call history?
Not currently. Call activity and recordings live in the KKS Voice reporting dashboard instead, and Teams presence does not switch to 'In a call' during a KKS Voice session.
Is call recording included?
Call recording is available as an add-on for organisations that need it for compliance, training or quality assurance.
Every user should be able to pick up the phone from Teams — not just the ones with the most expensive licence.
