KKS Consulting (Pty) Ltd ("KKS", "we") is a South African technology consultancy. We are the responsible party for the personal information described in this policy, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Our Information Officer is Dean Pillay, contactable at dean@kksconsulting.co.za.

When you contact us through our website, by email, or by submitting a form on LinkedIn, we may collect:

• your name and surname
• your work email address
• your company name and job title
• your answers to any questions on the form, and any message you send us

We collect only what we need to respond to you.

We use your information to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough or meeting you have asked for
• send you information about KKS Voice and our other services related to your enquiry

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing dean@kksconsulting.co.za.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:

• with service providers who help us run our business, such as email and customer management systems, under appropriate confidentiality obligations
• with a technology partner, where you have asked for a solution they deliver or support
• where the law requires us to

Some of the services we use, including LinkedIn and cloud email providers, may store information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we rely on providers who are subject to data protection laws or agreements offering protection comparable to POPIA.

We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

You may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy
• correct or delete your information
• stop using your information for marketing
